# Terms of service

These terms apply when you request a quotation or order 3D printing or 3D design from RoboticGen (Pvt) Ltd (“RoboticGen”, “we”). By sending a request you agree to them.

## Quotations

- Asking for a quotation is free and does not commit you to an order.
- Any price the website shows is an estimate to guide you. We review every model and confirm the actual price with you on WhatsApp before anything is printed.
- The minimum order is Rs. 500 for the whole request.
- Our working hours are weekdays 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During them we reply on WhatsApp within 15 minutes. Print time depends on the part, its settings and the quantity, so we confirm it with your price.

## Payment

We start printing once you have accepted the confirmed price and paid it in full, by card or bank transfer.

## Delivery and pickup

- Store pickup in Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia has no delivery charge.
- PickMe Flash delivery is available.
- Courier delivery is available anywhere in Sri Lanka. You pay the courier charge to the courier on delivery; it depends on your location and is usually around Rs. 500.

## Your files and designs

- You keep ownership of the models you send. We use them only for your order, as described in our [privacy policy](https://3d.roboticgen.co/privacy).
- You confirm that you have the right to use and print the files you send, and that printing them does not break any law or anyone else’s rights.
- We may decline any request we are not able or willing to print.

## 3D design work

For 3D design, we agree the scope and the price with you on WhatsApp before we start. Printing a design you have approved follows the same terms as any other print.

## Print results

- FDM printing builds parts in layers, so fine layer lines are normal and visible.
- Colour swatches on the website show the available colours; the filament colour can differ slightly.
- We print the model as you send it, at the size and settings agreed. Please check the dimensions in the preview before you submit.
- If something is wrong with your print, message us on WhatsApp with photos and we will review it with you.

## Liability

You are responsible for deciding whether a printed part is suitable for its use. As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

## Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new requests. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
